Relistenning thru past episodes and after hearing the listener feedback segment at the end of this episode requesting constructive criticism carefully seeded amidst obfusive praise, I remembered how I had meant to give you this feedback.

Let me start with the blanketing statement that I really enjoy the Thirty-Seconds-On-The-Clock and Top Ten bits. I am aiming to guide you towards hitting these bits because when they are good they are oh-so-fucking-good and can serve to achieve one of those uncontrollable laughters getting intermittently hit with additional fits of laughter prior to the original one subsiding. To be graphic, I have on two separate occassions had to turn off the show for a few minutes while I was hitting myself (I’ll leave that lingo vague and assume you get what I mean) because sudden involuntary movements like laughing make that task next to impossible.

The versions of those two segments that sometimes fall short are the ones where the theme is literally just sexual innuendo wordplay. Sexual innuendo wordplay + other restrictive themes work, so long as that other restrictive theme isn’t something like “foods” or “religion” bc you’ve already done those categories to death.

Examples that IMO hit the mark and were hilarious in this category are the “Bird Pornithology Titles” and the “Canadien Islamic Gay” bits. You guys have amazing skill with those things, so even when you struggle it creates some hilarious entries. Examples that fell short were the “Homosexual Porn in the Military” and “Porn Oscar Nominated” bits. They were too bland and easy for what you guys are capable of.

The other main categorical type (top tens are more often like this) are the concepts and ideas lists. These might or might not involve erudite dick puns and wordplay, but they can’t be solely that. The “puppy rape analogy” and “things to sell religion to handicapped kids” lists were fuckjng hilarious!

I write this many weeks late, as I meant to do so when this episode came out. To be honest, in the episodes since this one it almost seems like you are already putting this advice into action. To this I say, bravo! The best of these segments can’t be easy to put together, I totally get it. Perhaps then each doesn’t have to be a 100% mandatory segment each episode. (This again you might already have put into action, I’m not sure).

Either way, if I could review you guys on iTunes again, I would still give you 5/5.
